Anti-canine legislation is rising dramatically across the United States. Some states have proposed legislation that would affect hobby breeders owning as few as three intact animals. Some of them severely curtail the efforts of volunteer rescues and foster homes. If these proposed bills are signed into law, it will be very difficult for anyone to produce purebred dogs, including the great gray dogs that we so love. This page will be used to provide quick access to legislative alerts and ways you can help keep our elghunds for future generations.
